


Cleaning of the duct
The air circulation is very little in the polluted air ducts of the building system where we are settled after some period of time. Our air ducts are filled because of the air coming from outside, dirtiness, smoke and other harmful effects and it naturally causes different diseases. The people living in the building or your personnel who work there or your customers may meet some health problems as they breathe the air received by the dirty air ducts.
A clean is principally received from the outside environment in the ventilation systems. Dusts in the environment enter the duct. The dust level of the environment in the local are where the building is located, defines the term of pollution of the duct. The heating of the smoke duct continues increasing and burns the power cables and all combustable substances around it. The only thing to be implemented is to leave the place safely and to wait for the arrival of the fire brigade.
- Cleaning of such kind of oily smoke ducts is also necessary from the point of law. Periodical prophylaxis and cleannes are provisional for density and oil forming population.
- Cleaning of the aspirator
- The place met by the oil and steam of the meal cooked is the aspirator. In the meantime, the place where food is made, is the place where hygine is the most important factor as it is an open place.
- The oils on the aspirators which are not cleaned systematically, may combust easily.
- The accumulated oils drip on the meals and violates the hygiene of the kitchen.
- It causes the appearance of heavy oil smell in the company.
- The dirty view of the aspirator decreases the quality and image of the company.
- Cleaning of the engine
The engine of the ventilator performs the duty of removal of the oil steam emitted when food is cooked from the duct. The leaves (tongues) of the engine which are not periodically cleaned, both grow heavier in weight and reduce their rotation. In brief, the capacity decreases and causes the unnecessary power consumption. This consumption because of the collected oil percent may reach up to 30%. The engine may even burn and cause work and material losses.
CONTROL AND CLEANING OPERATION
It is advised to carry out cleaning works every 7 years at the latest in the work centers of general purposes and similar companies in the literature of the west countries which took measures and covered distances earlier than our country in the subject of the environmental pollution.
If the investigation robot goes into the ventilation ducts earlier than the cleaning work, the existing cleaning cover is used or included through the vent hole. This robot has two cameras by beong one in front and the other at the back. The investigative robot is small and in every kind of quadrangular duct with the cut over 200*120 mm, 250 mm. It can move to and fro in every kind of round duct bigger than its diameter. It is possible to obtain the most suitable view with the light adjustment of the haloid lamps on the robot.
You may see the error processing and installed, etching exposed and polluted areas and record a video with the investigative robot. You may exactly define the full place of the same areas and mark according to the project.
The cleaning robots are managed with about cables of 20 m. The area between 100 mm and 2000 mm to be cleaned with the help of aerostats, are alloted for the same reason. The dust and muds are cleaned from the surface of the duct with mechanical brushing of the robots installed with the brushes according to the area. The dense dirty air is taken from this part with the help of the vacuum engines and removed outside by passing through the special hepa filter sucking device. The last dirt to remain because of flying in the duct, is removed from the environment with the help of the special nozzle cover which erupts pressure nitrogen gas and the duct cleaning operation is completed.
The prophylaxis and cleaning of the smoke duct take an important place among the fire protection measures. 20% of the fire in the buildings are caused by the uncleaned smoke ducts in Turkey. When the smoke ducts are not cleaned and burners are not installed in the right place, the fuels light little and irrationally. The dirty gases appeared as a result of little burning and the components cause the blockage of the smoke ducts. There occurs the posioning cases concerning the removal of the smoke duct gas and spreading of the carbon monoxide in the area.
For the same reason, the legislation has put forward adjustments in the point of cleaning of the smoke ducts and considered inevitable of the provision “a gas user, an owner of the burning company implements or ensures the implementation of the prophylaxis/repairing of the burning company and cleaning of the smoke ducts minimum once a year before the heating season”.
